Welcome to Beginning Sewing. This course introduces the basic skills of hand sewing and machine sewing. Please read the information below before the first class.
This is an eight week course for students with no sewing experience. Students will learn to thread a machine, sew straight seams, and finish a simple project. No prior experience is required.

Weekly assignments are 60 percent of your grade. The two final projects are 40 percent of your grade.
