Rates with effective dates

A new rate should apply only to drives on or after its effective date. Confirm the rate that fits your employer or situation.

Where your app and records live

You can keep this app as a local HTML file in a folder on your computer. It does not have to be published or connected to cloud storage. When you use it, the working records are saved in that browser on that device. They normally remain when you close and reopen the page, but browser storage is not a guaranteed backup.

A helpful local folder could contain the app, your latest full backup, and any CSV reports you want to keep. The app file and the saved records are separate, so copying only the HTML file does not copy the trips already stored in your browser.
